Important: Material requirements during the transition period

From week 44 of 2026 through week 8 of 2027, we will be replacing all screen panels in the Airport OSL Play Impact network. For campaigns running during this period, you must supply campaign material in both the existing and new formats to ensure your campaign is displayed across all screens.

Format	A minimum of seven files must be delivered to ensure playback on all screens: 1800 x 990 px (side panel on right side) 2400 x 1296 px (side panel on right side) 1800 x 990 px (side panel on left side) 2400 x 1296 px (side panel on left side) 1350 x 990 px (no side panel) 1728 x 1296 (no side panel) 1920 x 1080 px
Ad length	10 seconds
Resolution	72 PPI
Color format	RGB
Frame rate	25 FPS
File format	MP4 (H264 encoding) or MOV
Deadline	3 working days before the campaign starts

Material deadline

At least 3 working days (at 8 am) before the campaign commences, or as stated in the order confirmation, finished original must be sent to us (if you are printing through us). Dynamic material has a minimum 10 working days before campaign start.
