FMCG Concept is tailored with advertising spaces in close proximity to grocery stores, with the main goal of helping to increase sales and build stronger customer loyalty. We know that influencing customers close to the point of purchase is highly effective.
Format: 1185 x 1750 mm
Visible area: 1160 x 1720 mm
Material: Fonts must be vectorized (saved as text contours)
Settings: All originals must be marked with the campaign name, week and design number (A, B, C etc.). Place the marking in the space between the print area and the visible area in two positions: horizontally in the top right and vertically in the bottom right (see illustration). Write the marking in uppercase and so that the text is around 1 cm high at full size.
Delivery notes: Originals must be delivered in full scale in line with the format above. Documents must have a bleed of at least 3 mm. Images should be at least 150 dpi. Use the colour profile Coated Fogra39 (default in Adobe CS). Fonts must be vectorized (saved as text contours)
You can print through Bauer Outdoor even if your campaign also goes with other media companies or in other countries.
If your are printing yourself: The finished material must be delivered to the address below at least 6 working days before the campaign commences. At least 10 days before the campaign commences, low-resolution PDFs and posting instructions are to be sent by e-mail to Bauer Outdoor.
Play Adshel: 1080 x 1920 pixels Portrait format.
Play Billboard: 1920 x 1080 pixels. Landscape format.
Ad length: 5 or 10 seconds. Please check purchased media space in the order confirmation.
Settings: Delivered as mov, mp4 or jpg/png (72 dpi) in RGB.

Files must not exceed 8000 KB/S (Constant Bit Rate).
Max file size: 30 MB.
Maximum of 25 frames/second.
Delivery notes: If the customer intends to advertise together with another brand so-called “co-branding”, Bauer Outdoor needs to be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign in order to secure delivery of the booked campaign.
Other notes: Please avoid very small text if possible.
For static: 10 working days (at 8 am) before the campaign commences, or as stated in the order confirmation.
For digital: Minimum 3 working days before campaign start.
Material: Please name your files like this: Order Number_CustomerName_Campaign_Week_Format_Design Number.
