Hamburg/London, 16. Oct 2026 – Bauer Media Group has signed anagreement to acquire eisbach.media GmbH, a specialist digital Out of Home(DOOH) provider in Germany, from Goldbach Group AG (TX Group). eisbach.media markets around 1,500 digital screens across Germany, including in shopping malls, on Digital City Light Posters, and at Uber Platz in Berlin.
The acquisition marks Bauer Media Group's entry into the German Out of Home (OOH) market - one of the largest and most established OOH markets in Europe. It is a consistent continuation of the development of Outdoor as a third Line of Business alongside Publishing and Audio, following last year’s acquisition of Clear Channel Europe-North.
Closing ofthe transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Until completion,eisbach.media and Bauer Media Group continue to operate independently in themarket.
